What is SPACE Therapy? 

SPACE is ONLY evidence-based treatment PROVEN to decrease childhood anxiety by ONLY working with the parents.

Who is the patient?
Although children do not have to attend SPACE sessions- they are the patients!  When SPACE treatment is successful, children feel less anxious and functions better following treatment. 

What does SPACE Therapy treat? 

  • Separation anxiety

  • Social anxiety

  • Generalize Anxiety

  • Fears and phobias

  • Panic disorder and Agoraphobia

  • Selective mutism

  • Obsessive-Compulsive disorder

What is the frequency and duration of a typical SPACE treatment?
While this is a case by case answer, the typical frequency is weekly and the typical duration is 8-12 weeks.
