Service Description

Date: Monday February 10th, 2025 Time: 1pm - 2pm EST Where: Zoom (link sent upon registration) The recording will be sent after! Parents of Kids ages 4-8, learn concrete strategies to help PREVENT anxiety from escalating and taking over! Strategies pulled from SPACE (Supportive Parenting of Anxious Childhood Emotions) You will leave with CONCRETE knowledge of what to say and what not to say to your child when they are in distress. You will learn strategies to figure out if your child is anxious OR actually doesn't like something.
