Lesson 1: What is Anxiety? Get cozy with anxiety—understand what it is, why it lingers, and its impact on your child's world.
Lesson 2: Spotting Anxiety Learn to spot anxiety's stealthy moves in your daily interactions. Real-life examples will make you exclaim, "Aha, gotcha!"
Lesson 1: Mastering Communication Discover our secret formula for chatting with your child during those nail-biting moments. From reassurance to validation, you'll speak their language like a pro.
Lesson 1: Why do we accommodate our children's anxiety? I will explain what is an anxiety accommodation and learn what an anxiety accommodation cycle looks like.
Lesson 2: Setting Your Boundaries. Develop an understanding on how not setting boundaries exacerbates our child’s anxiety and learn to implement boundaries that support healthy parent-child relationships.Lesson 1: Choose a parental accommodation to decrease. I will explain what a target is and how do we choose an impactful parental accommodation to target?
Lesson 2: Now we are ready to make a concrete plan so you will be ready. We will think through all the what ifs around changing how you interact with your child’s anxiety so you feel prepared!Lesson 1: Specific anxiety management tools. You will learn concrete tools and strategies to frame how to approach anxiety. At the end of this lesson you will feel you are on a team with your child against their anxiety.

With over a decade of experience, I’ve guided kids and their families in building resilience, embracing discomfort, and developing a growth mindset.
